If I remember correctly, the MD of your gold stock was up around that figure or slightly more.
CHP ($5mc), not an explorer but has hefty fees circa $400k-500k from memory.
Plenty more, just look in shell territory.
Straight 708 placement my broker says, no retail SPP attached. Wasn't game enough to ask for the conditions, I'll wait and see how happy or annoyed I'll be at the same time as everyone else.
