Its all about managing expectations. Under promise - over deliver. With a project of this magnitude & timescale you'd be nuts to hype it up at this stage. For my money all the ann is saying is 'We've got a bone fide project here that has the potential to be very big'. My hope is that over the next 7-8 years small holders like myself don't get diluted out of the game.
