I am not sure what Rio would actually get dealing with ioh but it would be nice for ioh! I think the announcement was great in that it showed by mid year ioh could begin construction on its own 5mtpa operation if it can find the partner to transport it. The market cap at the moment is a joke compared to what it could be if producing from IV not to mention that other possible 8mtpa operation. If management get either of these off the ground or get the shareholders a nice takeover they will have definitely earnt their paychecks and bonuses!
