Looks to me like the courts want it to happen.
Bathurst wants it to happen and is more than happy to comply with the imposed conditions - and their effort deemed acceptable.

Should the Greenies refuse to work out an agreement in good faith - along the guidelines clearly set out - what do you think is going to happen?

The Greenies are NOT above NZ law!
They can go behind bars like everybody else who break the law or refuse to abide by the decisions of the courts.
