the judgement requires both parties to be reasonable so as to reach a compromise on what and how it is mined. It's not a matter of "if" anymore. Hamish and team will work through it all easter weekend to be 2 steps ahead and by the deadline know exactly what is required to cross each "t" and dot each "i". If the various (minority) lobby groups take an alternative approach to this court direction it will ensure the judge takes a very dim view and more likely they'l concede further ground to the mining industry.

Looking forward to the update on Tuesday. I know they are very confident about the outcome and deservedly so.

But yes until all is 100% clear price may stagnate within a narrow range. For me this represents a ripper risk/reward scenario as I have a +2 month timefame.
