All that the Court really provided was a tentative ruling, subject to on-going negotiations between BTU and RF&B. On the plus side for BTU the Court has given a deadline to reach an agreement acceptable to both parties.

One does wonder what will happen if common ground can not be reached? Further arbitration in the courts?

Could be completely wrong about this (not a lawyer) but that was my "layman's" read.
