However, this hypothetical report they've produced is a key step on the way to full feasibility. It's positive.
I don't think it's about trying to pump the share price up - I don't think anything can given the weakness in the commodities sector in general.

However, if they we to go for option 2 then they would need to sell almost exactly as many shares as there are on issue at the current price to raise the needed funds. So yes, if they move in the future to raise substantial capital for wither option, then you'd hope the share price will be much higher at that time. You would expect it to be by then if a full feasibility study gives the green light and the commodity market is OK. By then they might also be able to raise debt to finance part of the project if the numbers look good.

In the meantime hopefully they sore up the resources. There will no doubt be another small capital raising or two between now and any major feasibility study but that's a normal part of this game so don't be upset if they do.

I like the comment "see you in 2020" - that might not be unrealistic for this company and only if all goes well. So far so good. It is what it is.
