I also think it was a mistake to have dropped ground with such potential, for so little gain.
It seems that the step-out drilling with deep holes was planned to see if the original resource continued at depth (not to cover this ground per se) ... so they did some really deep holes ... which are angled ... so you start off further to the side to end up underneath the previous resource.
AND THEN .. they found not too much underneath ... but opened up this attractive looking ground to the South, close to surface, with a whole new lode. The reporting of this by Superior has been very 'conservative': calling it 'positive results'. Any company in Oz getting 4m @ 150g/t gold close to surface would be shouting BONZA from the treetops.
I also think it was a mistake to have dropped ground with such...
