    Platina capex is US$ 48.1M for Stage 1 and US$ 11.1M for Stage 2. The US$ 94M number is ancient. Market Cap/NPV is 6.8%. 


    Using Scandium International's US$ 2000/kg, PGM has ~39% IRR and NPV US$ ~266M.
