Canadian company Scandium International with their scandium project in NSW are a bit more advanced with their first offtake and all permits in place. Their first production is planned in 2020 and capital cost of the project US$87mln. I recommend to see their presentation, in particularly its part about scandium:

It seems the scandium market will be worth billions when is fully opened, so plenty of room for every producer in Aus. Scandium International MC is C$65mln which is more than 4 times of ours
