I've held DEG since 2015, do you think small news is going to smash the SP out of the park over night. Same with any stock.
This is fantastic news but all the other factors come into play that we don't know yet that could be holding it down or maybe conspiracy theorists are right and it is being held down by a potential take-over predator.
