Well then if you don't look at it, you can't really say that they need to do the right thing because of their skin in the game ... it wouldn't be the first time a board works with shadow forces. 

I admire your optimism and loyalty.

I find it really hard sometimes to reconcile what management is doing (or not doing) with their obligation to work in the best interest of ALL shareholders.

I want to believe they're doing the right thing, but there has been little demonstration of that in the last year, and ... yeah, I am very frustrated.
