All good here. Anyone with any idea about property knows the deals not done until cash is in your bank....even with contracts property deals can be rescinded if there are issues so huge relief for me regarding this announcement.

This is not the end but merely the beginning. So much potential now I hope at and co can put this money to great use and I have a sense they will.

On a side not all those that believed the fake newspaper article should be thanking the poster for exposeing your vulnerabilities and gullerbilty in believing that it was genuine...they actually schooled you in the notion of dyor......god help us
