Some thing doesn't gel here. This company knew alot was riding on this including I imagine alot of pressure from shareholders.

To release a single paragraph after 2 days trading halt. No I think something was in play. Afterall the judge didn't take 2 days to hand the decision. The details were done, all that was needed was the rubber stamp. 

I recall we went pause in trading and then trading halt. Why 2 days over a weekend for a rubber stamp of something announced 3 times? 

No, it doesn't make sense. They wanted to announce alot more as evident in what looks like a rushed release. Even in the conf they were talking about what to do with the cash. They could have mentioned something more even a thought or an exercise they would undertake I.e cash review.

No I think posco wasn't ready with  all the pieces for the offtake . Perhaps they are testing the spodumene for their posx processes. Why Mt cattalin spod I still don't know

Okay in fairness there is alot of unfounded theories here but I think the point is this is step 2 in our path to step 3(sdv funded). This is a great outcome and the share price will reflect it exponentially once we get some lce price movements coming very soon if not this week's latest prices. 

What this announcement does do for us though, is that it takes alot of the downward momentum off our back, it breaks the 6 month channel puts us back in the 1 yr (up to 2.80). I think it's a steady rise from here until the sdv funding announcements and then it's into the galaxy!

What a great opportunity to buy at 1.92 only paying 70c for the company given 1.12 was cash backed.
