I've had some business dealings with the South Americans, and this court "fiasco" has been a walk in the park and much much quicker in comparison.
I won't bore you with the details other to say that getting the required sign-off took about a year!

It's all relative. Have a chat to those that do regular business over there... They do things differently, and being away all of January is nothing out of the ordinary.. Totally normal.

Anyway, we'll see how things progress, as usual, and be far more impatient and critical than justified, as usual
