I should have read some more of yours and others posts before making a post of my own. I see your concerns now, a very interesting point about when the court signed off on this - not mentioned in the announcement which is not really acceptable and must have been done for a reason.

I dont have a strong view about your suggestion of going into a TH/VS from the time the announcement of the sale was made. However, I can see other factors that impacted upon the SP, the main one being not entering into a deal with a strategic partner in the timeframe they initially stated. They replaced the Dec qtr timeframe with an indefinite timeframe, which didnt inspire me with confidence.
