What are you talking about? You stated that it "doesn't make much difference" whether we raise at 4c or 10c but clearly it does. There would be double the number of SOI at 4c so everyone is diluted by 50%.
If we raise at 10c then there will be 640M SOI so we are currently trading at $25m MC. What's so hard to understand?
