QPM will have a DNI license to use at the proposed plant in townsville. DNi is now currently owned by, I believe, a private equity group, Teck Resources, CSIRO and Oz minerals.
Clive looking for a handout to cleanup his own mess would be ridiculous, but quite clive-like. $500m of clives assets have been frozen by court order as part of the queensland nickel administration. How much or whether any of that can be earmarked for environmental rehabilitation is unknown.
