Don’t forget that they are not going to 90%, they are going to 80% as per all of their original announcements. I 100% expect they will be sued by the party being denied the free carry. 

Also remember that the 10% remaining (or 20%?) is non diluting until completion of a BFS which will take at least a year.

There are numerous other inconsistencies and misrepresentations in the publicly available material that suggests to me there will be a barney at some point.
