The only reason the directors have been buying is to provide price support to stop the issue to the Mexican's being overly dilutive. I guess not a bad thing from a shareholders perspective but I'm always suss on companies where insiders/directors start buying on market to prop up the price. Most of these guys will have boot loads of shares, performance rights, options etc. Buying a piddly $10,000 or whatever it was on market is for the sole purpose of propping the price.
