Any reason for the big drop after the transfer of shares? Surely unlike a placement for a cap raise this discount is a hit to PTM and not the other share holders. Selling shares on market would have been a long term anchor on the share price as would the issue of options for the purposes of growing the fund.
Or am I looking at this incorrectly?
