Newcrest has done a farm in agreement with Greatland for their Havieron project in the Patterson Range area nearby Newcrest's 60 m oz Telfer mine https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/37739368/single

Shows what terms are on offer after a discovery has been drilled out to the extent Havieron has been. Big challenge to Greatland is the remoteness and lack of infrastructure right out to the east of The Pilbara. JV plan is to truck to Telfer.

Another JV in the same region is RIO's farm in to less than half of Antipa tenements for $60 m. But again AZY had drilled out about 1.4 moz plus credits to attract that JV. RIO's Winu discovery which has them excited (see Jean-Sebastien Jacques comments on opening RIO's new bauxite mine on Cape York a few days ago) is close to the western end of that JV.

It seems the majors are on the move - that suggests we will get a good deal.
