JandJ I’ve been following this for a few months and it’s pretty sticky negotiating that would be going on, the initial $9 million for 70% would only be the start of dilution. If it’s a good drilling result there will be follow up expenses drilling and feasibility study that could be upwards of $40 Mill, this stage could really cut back the equity ICG holders are left with and that’s before any build or mining operations.
So the delay is most likely your guys trying to steer the next pathway now before it’s locked away out of their control.
