Placements are usually done at a discount though, and this is an illiquid stock with bugger all trading of late.
Only 3,787, 500 new shares issued, so would still go off like a rocket if they find something significant.
The options issued are at 30 cents strike price, so they have their sights set on adding shareholder value from here.
