Without a doubt we will make it to December even without any sales. I suggested late Jan early Feb before a time comes when it is truly needed.

I was just suggesting if the board knows we need the $$$ by that time, wouldn't it be better to raise it now while the prices are high than to let the stock slide again (if no more sales are forth coming), rather than having a CR when the prices are lower and everyone knows that a CR is on the table in the not so distant future. The longer they wait for the inevitable, holders are more inclined to sell out to buy at a lower price when the CR is called. The act of surprise would be better in my opinion.
