I don't recall EDE saying there is one, but I do recall someone recently saying it was suggested in the Annual Report. I can't find the post though... and I haven't read the report from front to back covers.

Without a doubt a CR will come, considering by end of Dec there will be only 1.5-2.0m in the kitty. So late Jan early Feb at best.

Will they find alternative funding sources.... possibly, but for the sake of the Soloman's and dilution it would be best to do a RI. This allows their dilution to not happen or very limited if they do not take up the full entitlement. As with all their RI, free options as a sweetener is given.

If they go through another source, we will see the pump and dump from the insto(s) that participated like all previous times. We all know insto(s) don't hold for the long term, they are here for their quick 5-15% return. Doing so dilutes all shareholders.... especially the Soloman's.

The only bonus I can see with a CR at the moment is at least it is in the 7-8's range rather than the lows 3's possible high 2's. Truth be told, I wouldn't even be surprised to see the TH next week announcing a CR. If we need the cash, better to do it now than wait a further 2-3months when cash is a necessity.
