There must be something in the pipeline to create share price improvement and volume. Based on the timeline I suspect there would be a couple of announcements in the next 1-2 months to create momentum. The reason for this conclusion is that they'll want to create liquidity to sell the 6m shares just issued at a profit, to then recycle the capital as part of the underwriting agreement. And then further news once the money is in the bank for those holders to exit.

Interestingly they have set the ex date for the rights issue 10 July 2018, not the day before the announcement i.e. you could buy a parcel today and still participate.
