Oh ya I was wanted to talk about recent CR.

The sales may be growing but it won’t be fantastic enough to push the price to the sky, and existing investors will not be happy to fork out more. It cost lot to raise money, and it may takes a month to get the capital.

Possible they are insider, no matter which way our future profit get diluted.

It is just possible that company may raise 2-300k extra if keep feeding the market the sales figures.

According to the cash flow, the sales will convert into cash after the deployment of products, which is the main reason of this CR. Would any retail shareholders join in the CR with unknown future? Possible not.

The “insider” or sophisticated investors put in millions with no promise - all future figures are still in theory which may not happen. (Lot of you mentioned this was a norm in last few years).

So it is fair for them to get some free options to offset the risk. Just that the options is bit too low in pricing - agree with you guys.
