    yes, that's what I mean, there's no cash left and the willingness of staff to accept shares as payment gives me a slight glimmer of hope something might be brewing, considering staff has the luxury of exactly knowing where the company is heading and wouldn't hang around and accept shares as payment if they didn't see any value in them...
