and he gets $615K again out of the sophs at a price which is the current sp @ 2c... amazing for such a junior spec.... no 20% discount to the 15 day VWAP BS we see in other similar juniors...
gobsmacked at the raising price (without paying a cent out of pocket for the raising costs too - paid in shares !!!)... difficult to find a similar raise in recent memory...
imo, this has 3c written all over it now...
