my trading fingers were never up to the mark so buy & hold was my strategy... and averaging the hell out of a stock is my game... when it clicks, it pays off big time but it takes a few years in most cases... bringing this to an average of less than 1c now from my initial buys of $1.60 (pre-cons) was a big ask and a lot shares to be bought over the years
