Some of the funds are being used for pilot plant construction.....
Thought this was being funded by Marcelo for a 50% profit of the output.
Just a minor point, but perhaps it is best for the pilot plant to be under the company's control as I was a little uncomfortable that an outside entity may then claim some rights on future major plant construction.

These things evolve and conditions change and the company appears to be adapting well and NOT making massive dilutionary raisings .No one can call it unfair as there was plenty of opportunity to buy at 18c on the open market.

Soon more information will leach out not unlike the gold,it's just bearing the acid in the meantime.
