I wasn't eligible. For small parcels seems to be some impatient sellers willing to drip them out at 009 I picked up quite a few down there and seems possible to do it again. That's a good sign imo: a SP below the rights issue discourages holders from taking up their rights and leaves more for the underwriters. I'd be more wary where the price is propped higher than the rights issue price to entice more holders to take up rights and expose underwriters to less commitment. Anyway let's see. I doubt much action will happen until the rights issue is settled
