In the circumstances, this is not a bad announcement so long as the drilling is successful. The dilution is minor and it gives us time during which something positive may happen in relation to the Tanzanian project.

I am looking forward to the quarterly report to get full details on all activities and cashflow.

I am not sure that all those new investors will simply dump their shares immediately. There is not enough profit to be made in doing this, but then again perhaps they will just sell out.
