Maybe this announcement is more important than at first glance. Following the Trump list of 35 minerals, including Rare Earths that the US must shore up and the subsequent agreement with the Australian Government in this regard, the $1m placement at 4.4 cents per share to AMVEST Capital is very interesting indeed. AMVEST is a NY based company which provides finance and guidance to companies in extractive industries. Is this the start of genuine US investment in our Company?
