    4 days before a decision, 70 yes 70 million shares issued at such a crappy little price.

    This could either mean 1 of two things. No good news coming in 4 days and they need more money to pay the directors, or there is a big player on the sideline wanting to get in however expects some gratis before paying a higher price later.

    Time will tell. Neil it better be option 2.
