Boz, they are most certainly not going to buy backreef's share. They have proven that Backreef are incapable of being a partner and they should be struck off the register.

The Lind facility was set up so that the company could remain solvent during the BS that has ensued over the last 2 years. With that soon to be aside, there is nothing stopping the company moving forward. I can't see the Lind facility going on for much longer. From my perspective, I would rather there be a cap raising for SH's than the issue of shares to a fund. SH's are less likely to dump and leave the SP languishing.

My take on the Cap raising is to let SH's in on some cheap shares before things move forward. The same thing happened with OBJ so there is no need to ask why are they are doing it but more of a point of why wouldn't they do it. It is simply a case of being able to give existing shareholders a chance of getting cheap shares.

There is something in the Derby block of significant value. Those in the know understand and soon it will all come together. Watch this space.
