Ann: Placement raises $560,000, page-21

So the only reason I can see for the huge cap raising is they may have to buy backreefs share out after Thursday? I agree the salary they are getting is ridiculous but it doesn't mean they need an extra 2.5 million dollars for working capital on top of the .5 million they already have. My problem is why go through all this lind crap etc, this is what lead to this huge dilution to begin with, if it wasn't for Lind we would probably be at the 2c mark still.

Another question is what happens if on Thursday we get good/great news and the stock price jumps, do management have the right to cancel or did they just grant us shareholders an option for no reason?
