    Management are unlikely to buy stock at a premium when a lot of the outgoings at the moment are management wages and they can just give themselves stock as part of their salary packages. I don't see the advantage of paying over market with additional dilution here. They could have just bought on market like they have before at .9c. It would be different if the CR was below market, then yeah maybe they would have dipped in.
