MT announced himself at the AGM that he will be stepping down if a substantial deal for funding (real cash) was not signed by the end of January, so MT will be stepping down following his announcement at an annual general meeting with share holders. Only they know if a deal will come through in this time and with this knowledge I do not know if he will wait until the very last day or if he will resign today/tomorrow or the day after but his actions speak for them selfs in relation to his character and integrity.
