Alto have one of the best value creation records of any firm in Australia. The register appears to be solid with a few key players set early, Harry Hatch, a few of the Bahens etc. More recently there have been a few posters who I hold in high regards who appear to have set themselves well for the long haul. I have very little doubt that a solid acquisition will be on the way and would speculate that it we will like the source of the cash used to fund it.

One large holder of interest is Matthew Banks the sole director of Rock the Polo Pty Ltd who has recently tidied up a few affairs on the Pty tenement ownership front. The tenements he owns are in a highly prospective gold region and a potential next acquisition for SPX.




From a chart and trading perspective it’s getting very interesting, interest has clearly began heating up in the last few sessions with the spill over to 1.7c a few days back, perhaps the most interesting part of the trading though is that the close price has always been bought back to close flat despite trading significantly higher turnover and trading at a premium most of the day.

In short it appears that the brakes are not being removed, when they are we will emerge with a sticky register ready to grow long term value. I’m using this period of control to add as opportunities present.
