3.6 Underwriting
This Offer is not underwritten. The Directors reserve the right to place with parties
selected by them any shares and attaching one half option not taken up by the
Shareholders. These will be placed within 3 months of the Closing Date on the
same terms as are being offered to Shareholders pursuant to this Prospectus.
The Shares and attaching one half option not taken up by Shareholders will not
be placed to the Directors or any associates of Directors.
