An institutional placement at 38c - you could get it on market at that price last week. I would say the confidence in this must be pretty high to place these shares without a greater discount.

Then again, it is with the people who valued this at 60c on a 75% disount (and that was before RHM announced that the output could be double the Veritas valuation projections).

Let them have their 3.5M shares - welcome to the club I say. Now lets get this show on the road.
