This isn't down ramping. This is facts. People have lost thousands and thousands of dollars on this stock and seen almost no action from management. After watching this stock for a few years now and the pattern of capital raise, pay a huge salary to the CEO with a huge portion of the raise, watch the share price plummet, get nothing done, run out of money, consolidate the shares, directors get incentive bonus (which is madness) and then do it again is crazy. Then hearing people say yeah but its good dirt makes my head want to explode. Good dirt means nothing when you have an unmarketable parcel
