A lot to like, accelerated mining, hopefully we finally start to see some value being generated out of Edna Beryl & Chariot and hopefully at least one of the others turns into something.

Issuing the shares well above the current SP should demonstrate to the market a lot of confidence and $5m in exploration expenses over 5 years will help us focus our energies on NSW.

The only down side I can see is at the end of 5 years we either have to pay to keep the 25% or revert to a royalty, but hopefully we can all have sold out for a massive profit by then.
