Ann: Placement and SPP , page-4

Lex,
Looking at what has happened to the sp today the chances of buying at below the SPP of $0.45 is a real likelehood!!!
I am getting sick and tired of holding shares in companies that drop a cap raising onto you and the sp takes a dive below or at the issue price.
It would appear i should have sold earlier and then bought back later.
IMO it will take some considerable time for the sp to get back up again unless the company signs a joint venture partner?
