Nisassa , not sure that makes sense. Sell 5m at 1.5c when you can only buy 0.9m at a premium 1.6 cents - albeit with a few options that may never have value. Unless they are somehow representing 5 or 6 registered owners- even then selling at 1.6 I get but not 1.5c.
Not sure who the seller is but would have to be someone with a lot of shares - I think about 5 m gets you into the top 20 but more likely top 5 where 5 m probably is only a relatively small portion of holding although not insignificant .
