Wrong. I did not ask for a response. I was merely highlighting an earlier call in the context with the current offer. If 2+b shares on issue was a problem for the other stock, will it be a problem for AEE as it heads towards the same figure? Look at all the unlisted securities plus those in the current offer. I think there will be about 1.5b securities after this offer closes.

It is ironic. I have been called a liar/dishonest/troll (Russian or otherwise). And yet, I first started posting here at 0.023 by posting issues. Who was most vocal against my posts and why? Whose calls have been right?

Who is winning in AEE?
1. Peter Reeve at $425k plus 35m performance shares at nil consideration. I have benchmarked the remuneration of 15 ASX-listed U plays. Peter is on more than double the average remuneration as a % of MC. Peter is on nearly triple the average remuneration as a function of resource size (mlbs). DYOR.

So what are holders getting for this premium? Delays in projects and CR's at or near the SP lows. I previously posted comparative info but it was modded as "a cross-promotion" and the thread, imo. loses access to info/research. Pity.

2. Sophs who have an uncanny knack of selling at the highs and then participating in CR's at discounted prices with oppies. Imo, there is a pattern; I can always guess with a certain degree of certainty when a CR is approaching. Look at the volumes. 16m traded on ASX on 29/1 just prior to the TH. Hmmm... This CR was telegraphed, imo. Is anyone in profit at 0.018 and if so, how?

Imo, average retail holders.

So just imagine @sapporo if instead of posting about me, you engaged in debate about the stock. I have called this stock correctly for nearly a year. This is my credibility.
