I am sorry that you guys can not see the positive changes that have been in progress over the last 12 months. The chairman’s letter outlines the positive change of direction that is taking place now. The chairman must believe positively in the business. Like I said before he has taken a fair chunk of remuneration in shares. Directors generally who have a fair wack of shares in the company have more incentive to make sure that the company works to improve the business, thereby improving share price.
I started buying shares in this company 5-6 years ago and too, was frustrated with the direction of the share price and thought many times that it was time to sell. And topped up a few times too. One of the things that drew my attention to this company was the way it was being traded. (What I call the short traders) But I believe there is two ways for this company to go...either that it will start selling and getting sales along with the lease arrangements or that it becomes a takeover. Hope that it’s not the latter because I think it is at that turning point. I have never been so confident in this business as I have over the last 12 months.
I too, was taken back a bit wth the SPP but I am of the view it will help to speed up the turn around. Even though I brought a parcel of shares today higher than the price of the SPP price I will be taken up my offer in full.
The next 12 months will be interesting to see how this pans out. I think that if it is able to quickly put the runs of the board the share price will be playing catch up very quickly. Like gotta says these current pices will be the lows of the past, never to be seen again. Let’s hope.
