Hi Gotta,
The last six months and the strategic review have been refreshing. The dead wood has been cut out and the factory is now fully utilised.
I'm anticipating some expected and unexpected one offs in the half yearly as new brooms have a habit of sweeping clean. Might not be all bad news.
Given the 24 hour cycle and "want it now" mentality of consumers, building to orders that take months to deliver has been a huge hand brake on this company.
Stocking warehouses with ready to deliver product has to be a major game changer from a sales and a manufacturing efficiency perspective.
